In my quest for a colon cleaning, how to type of article I came across this site which has a few good articles on the whole colon cleansing thing.  A good article is their Best Way to a Clean Colon one.

They also have the product information for a few colon cleansers.  I hope they expand that section as it is nice to have those details all in one place rather than have to jump around to different manufacturer sites.
