This is pretty cool. I read recently that if you keep your diet the same and only add a fish oil supplement to your routine you can lose weight at about 1lb (.5kg) a week. I can’t remember the dosage used off of the top of my head (yes, I should take better notes. I’ll make a note of that.)
Think about that. On top of all the other benefits you get from fish oils, weight loss gets thrown in as a bonus. For free.
